PRICING & SERVICES

Individual psychotherapy is a one-on-one session between a client and therapist that lasts approximately 45-55 minutes. Clients utilize individual psychotherapy to process their emotions/feelings and thoughts, define problem areas, overcome challenges, process trauma, develop strengths, recognize meaning and purpose in life, and develop self-awareness to work towards their therapeutic goals.

Individual Psychotherapy Price: $120 - $175 per session

Insurance: Luminescence accepts Aetna, Cigna and CareFirst BCBS.
